Heats up fast. I bought it to replace a microwave, but it isn't that great for reheating or I haven't figured it out yet. I over cooked the bottoms of the first batch of biscuits I tried. I messed up and used the bottom rack. I haven't used the bottom rack since, just the top rack. I imagine the bottom rack will be great for pizza. The outside gets hot so plan for that. Also you have to pick the degree of heat you want for toast or it won't turn on. I think it's a great oven. |
